Each dot equals about 3.2 million people. 2,500 dots equal 8.1 billion humans.

Inside business

12%

Only 12% of businesses use AI every day inside their operations. The other 88% leave the door open for you.

Why now: the first-mover advantage
  • Your competition is not here yetMost agents and brokerages in your market run zero AI systems. Every workflow you build today runs while they decide.
  • Early adopters set the standardRogers calls early adopters the influencers. Clients and agents copy the people who move first.
  • Systems compoundYour first workflow takes a week. Your fifth takes an afternoon. The gap between you and late adopters widens every month.
  • Waiting costs more laterThe late majority adopts under pressure, on someone else's timeline, at a higher price.
Communication theorist and sociologist: Everett Rogers

Diffusion of Innovation

Rogers showed new ideas spread through five groups, in order. Each group waits on the one before.

2.5%
Innovators
Love to find new ideas and inventions.
13.5%
Early Adopters
The influencers. Others watch them.
34%
Early Majority
Follow the opinion leaders.
34%
Late Majority
Skeptics. Adopt under pressure.
16%
Laggards
Adopt only when no choice remains.
The takeaway

Paid AI users make up 0.3% of the planet. Only 12% of businesses use AI daily. Rogers' innovator band holds 2.5%. If you pay for AI and build with agents, you stand at the front of the curve. Your market has not caught up yet.

Protocol 1

The Brain

Large Language Models (LLMs)
What it is

An LLM reads and writes language. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini are LLMs. The model thinks, writes, and reasons. On its own, the model has no access to your tools, files, or calendar.

The key idea: context

Output quality follows the context you give. A vague prompt returns a generic answer. A prompt loaded with your market, your client, and your goal returns work you use.

In the session

You heard two versions of 50 Cent's "God Gave Me Style." One original. One made with a generative AI voice. The question: which one are you understanding from?

Most people struggle to tell them apart. Generative AI now produces voice, text, images, and video close to the real thing. The tool is no longer the edge. Your context is.

Try this

Before your next prompt, give the model three facts: who you serve, which market you work, and the result you want.

Protocol 2

The Executor

Function Calling / Tool-Use Agents. M.C.P.
LLM talks. Agent acts.
What it is

Function calling lets the model use outside tools to take action. The model decides which tool to call, sends the request, and reads the result.

MCP: Model Context Protocol

MCP is the standard plug between an AI model and your apps. One connection per app. Once connected, the model reads and works inside each one.

Apps connected in the demo
  • CRM
  • Email
  • Google Drive
  • Calendar
  • Slack
In the session

Claude received one request: "Can you give me a summary of my calendar for the entire month of October?" Claude searched the calendar, found 14 events, and returned a dated summary grouped by week.

Try this

Connect your calendar to Claude. Ask for next week's schedule with prep notes for each appointment. Start at zapier.com/mcp.

Protocol 3

The Knowledgeable Brain

R.A.G. Retrieval-Augmented Generation
What it is

RAG gives the model a library. Before answering, the model retrieves facts from your data: documents, a database, your CRM, or stored memory. Answers come from your information, not general internet knowledge.

An AI agent has three parts
  1. Chat modelThe brain. Anthropic's Claude in the demo.
  2. MemoryThe recall. A Postgres chat memory stores past exchanges.
  3. ToolsThe hands. Microsoft Entra ID and Jira in the demo.
In the session: intelligent automation
  1. TriggerA "Create User" form gets submitted.
  2. AI agentThe tools agent reads the form, checks memory, and calls its tools.
  3. DecisionIs the new user a manager?
  4. ActionYes: add to the Slack channel. No: update the Slack profile.

Built in n8n. The dashed box marks where the intelligence lives inside an ordinary automation.

Try this

List five documents you answer questions from every week. Scripts, FAQs, listing checklists, market stats. These become your knowledge base.

Protocol 4

The Operator

Looping Agents. Skills & Projects
plan, act, check, repeat
What it is

A looping agent plans the job, takes a step, checks the result, and goes again until the job is done. You hand over an outcome, not a single prompt.

The two ingredients of an agentic loop
  1. PreplanningThe agent maps the steps before acting.
  2. MemoryThe agent carries context across steps and sessions.
Skills & Projects

Projects hold standing instructions and files the agent uses every time you work inside them.

Skills store a repeatable procedure. Write the process once. The agent runs the same steps on demand.

Try this

Pick one task you repeat weekly, such as listing descriptions. Build a Project for the task. Load your brand voice, three past examples, and your rules.

Protocol 5

The Organization

Multi-Agent Systems (M.A.S.). The Future of Advertising
What it is

A multi-agent system runs several specialized agents or models together. Each one owns a single job, like departments inside a company. The output of one becomes the input of the next.

In the session: the AI node canvas

Weavy's "Artistic Intelligence" canvas chains image, video, and language models as nodes. One photo set of a vacant Philadelphia condo became a staged interior, then an animated walkthrough.

The UGC ad process
  1. Create the subjectGenerate one consistent AI person.
  2. Give it characterWardrobe, props, personality. Same face every frame.
  3. Run the processConnected nodes generate each scene.
  4. UGC advertisingSelfie-style clips, the format social feeds reward.
  5. StorytellingThe subject lives in the staged condo. Reads by the window. Walks through the front door.
The takeaway

One set of listing photos turns into a staged, animated, story-driven ad campaign. No crew. No model. No vacant-room problem.

Protocol 6

Agentic Workflows

The Aıgent
What it is

An agentic workflow is a multi-step process where AI agents make decisions inside an automated flow. The workflow runs without you in the loop and hands you the result.

03 / Putting It Together

The System

Protocols + Tools = System
Protocols: standard operating procedures
  1. Localize intelligenceKnow your market better than anyone.
  2. Geographic databaseOwn the data for your farm area.
  3. Listing prospectingFind sellers before they list.
  4. Follow up & T.O.M.Stay top of mind with every lead.
  5. RecruitingAttract agents with systems, not promises.
  6. Scaling & growthGrow output without growing hours.
Tools, not software
  • LLM
  • Content agent
  • AI voice agent
  • Task agent
  • CRM
  • Interactive video
  • Workflow automation

Software sits on a shelf. A tool gets assigned to a protocol and does a job. Pick the protocol first, then the tool.
