  • Do I need any technical background to work with WeConnect? +

    No. Our consulting engagement is designed for real estate professionals who have never worked with AI tools before. Our team handles the technical configuration, setup, and testing. You participate in strategy sessions and approve the work. No prior experience with any of the tools is required.

  • What tools does my business need before we begin? +

    Your business will use five tools across the engagement: an AI writing and thinking tool, an AI voice caller, an interactive video platform, an AI workflow assistant, and a connection layer that links everything together. You will also need Follow Up Boss as your CRM. WeConnect advises on the right subscriptions and handles all tool configuration as part of the engagement.

  • How much of my time does this engagement require? +

    Plan for two to three hours per week for strategy sessions and reviews. Our team handles the day-to-day build work. Your primary commitment is showing up to the scheduled sessions and approving work before it goes live. The engagement is designed around your schedule, not the other way around.

  • What happens after the 30-day engagement ends? +

    By day 30 your system is fully live. We conduct a complete performance audit and deliver a 60-day optimization roadmap so you and your team know exactly what to focus on next. Every client receives 30 days of post-launch consulting support. Ongoing monthly retainer options are available for clients who want WeConnect managing their system long-term.

  • Is this a done-for-you service or do we need to build it ourselves? +

    This is a done-with-you consulting engagement. WeConnect designs the system, configures every tool, writes every script, and implements every automation.
